Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order items once work has begun
- Vintage Ephemera + Creative Fodder Boxes
- Items specifically marked Final Sale
Please keep in mind that vintage and previously loved items may show signs of age, wear or imperfections. We do our best to clearly describe and photograph these characteristics before purchase. Disclosed age-related wear is not considered a defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped.
Custom or made-to-order purchases may be cancelled before work on the order has begun. Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
These policies apply except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
