Shipping Policy
Mandy Any Way ships within Canada, to the United States, and internationally.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Custom and made-to-order items have longer processing times, which will be stated in the individual product listing.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and does not include shipping or transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and available delivery services are calculated based on your order, package size and weight, and destination. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Combined Shipping & Shipping Overages
Whenever possible, I combine multiple items into one shipment to help keep shipping costs as low as I can.
If the shipping amount you pay at checkout is significantly higher than the actual cost of shipping and packaging your order, I’ll refund the excess to your original payment method.
My goal is to charge fairly for shipping, not profit from it.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when included with the shipping service selected at checkout. If tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside my control may occasionally occur.
International Orders
International customers are generally responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country, unless those charges have been prepaid at checkout.
Where prepaid-duty shipping is offered, applicable import charges will be collected at checkout.
International shipments may also experience delays while being processed through customs.
